This is a skip I found for Wolfenstein: The New Order that skips the interaction/cutscene with Bubi. By jumping into the ladder from the right side you will eventually get pushed into the floor, if you stop moving or crouch you will fall out of this glitched state. From here you need to 'transfer' to a lower floor by dropping in a specific spot. From here you just need to drop to the even lower floor by getting enough momentum before dropping.
