Basic troop trees will end at tier 4, while the noble lines will still go to tier 6. Rural troops are more generic regional troops that make up the more generic levies and other troops that fought for multiple factions (think a sort of AOR troop). the Rural trees will only spawn in villages. while the Urban troop tree units will only spawn in towns (some exceptions here or there for factions that only hold a single castle, which doesn't have a recruitment pool).
