I am already in World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King. I was testing VuhDo healing addon together with standard Blizzard Unit Frames. Yes it is possible and pretty easy as you can see. However i didn't find this setup very usefull. BTW i am using Tidy Plates here for DPS spec if somebody wondering what addon is it.
