It doesn't add anything, simply removes the filter added by the game. And "Starfield Performance Optimizations", also Nexus, for optimized presets. I'm using high preset, with no film grain, no dof, no blur, medium shadows and reflections. Dynamic resolution off, render scale 62% Vsync On, so FPS capped at 73ish FPS (DX12 vsync is basically max fps set to just below screen refresh rate, not fixed like it was before).
