I had a catastrophic failure and had to reinstall the game. And then another. I was about to quit Starfield forever. Then it hit me. Why not add a skill point to each skill using console commands? I was the best decision I made in this game. I simply could not grind my way back up again. I was just too tedious and boring. Now with 66 Skill points, I'm in a position to enjoy the core of the game mechanics. Now my playthrough is fun and rewarding. I can fight off powerful enemies in space. I can do much of what I want when I need to. And for me at least, this was a solution. Which brings me to the main point of the video. In my opinion, the game is too much of a grind to get to a point where your character can move like a powerful avatar. And this may be a main reason many give up on it. If you feel this way, perhaps it's time to give your character some powers, so you can enjoy the maximum of what Starfield has to offer. It's something to consider.
