If you would like to make your new armor, clothing, or jewelry into its own item instead of just having it replace an existing item in the game, then this is how to do it. You can also use the Creation Kit, but I prefer SSEEdit (or TES5Edit for LE Skyrim) so that is what I will be showing in this video. Because this is intended for beginners who may not know much about SSEEdit or how to set up a new mod, I will be going slow and explaining in detail. We will be using the standalone archmage pouches (from the vanilla archmage robes) that we created in previous tutorial episodes as our example. If you want to add a more complex outfit, just be sure that you include all the partitions used in every single mesh in the NIF in the Armor Addon record, or else parts of your outfit will be invisible. And choose just one partition (usually) to include in the Armor record to indicate the “equip slot” that the new item should use. I was level 75ish Righteous Fire Juggernaut. I just beat Merciless Lab. Overall, I thought I did pretty good. I didn't have great gear nor a 5/6 link. I was initially overwhelmed by all the enemies with projectiles and I had 2 BS deaths vs the 2 Vaal bosses. I got screwed over at the end, because I couldn't return back to the Apex when I used a TP to return to my hideout. I had two uniques that really carried me. One was The Ignomon (https://poedb.tw/us/The_Ignomon) and the other was Shadows and Dust (https://poedb.tw/us/Shadows_and_Dust). The former would blind nearby enemies and the latter helps with mob clear because I would have rampage based on number of kills. I used 3 auras: Malevolence (increased damage over time), Vitality (HP regen), and Determination (armor). My listed Righteous Fire DPS was 40k. Shout out to Pohx (https://www.pohx.net/).
