I also learned that for some reason, the Imperial Helmet does NOT count as Heavy Armor for the Well-Fitted perk, so I had to swap back to the Steel Horned Helmet for an armor rating upgrade. In this playthrough of the Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, I will be playing on Expert difficulty and aiming to complete a major quest line. The catch is, I can only take perks in skills that my race has starting bonuses in. For this run, the quest is the Civil War for the Imperial Legion and the race is Imperial. I am also limiting myself to six souls to spend on three shouts, and keeping waiting to a minimum.
