Я наблюдала за людьми, которые говорили кто на английском, кто на турецком, кто на русском, кто на немецком, и видела, что разность языков не мешает им понимать друг друга. Ответом были жесты, мимика и…энергия. Когда изучила вопрос глубже, то узнала, что общение речью “гораздо моложе” невербального общения. Поэтому то большинство из нас по прежнему быстрее схватывает мимику и жесты, чем то, что говорит собеседник. Человек напротив еще не успел и двух слов сказать, а вы подкоркой чувствуете, что вас сейчас хотят обмануть. Или вы только увидели своего ребенка со школы, а уже понимаете, как у него прошел день. Также разноязычная среда дала мне второе открытие: ограниченность вербального общения “оголяет” дефицит душевности. Когда у тебя внутри пустота и холод, да еще и иностранный язык подводит, тебе нечего предложить собеседнику. Но когда ты теплый внутри, даже без слов, только через жесты он поймет и с радостью тебе поможет. Вероятно, именно из-за такого феномена, те, кто был свидетелем общения глухонемых, поймут, о чем я говорю: глухонемые считаются одними из самых душевных и искренних людей.
