Rondeau Josef Suk Viola Suk Chamber Orchestra Christian Benda ConductorProgramme • Schubert: String Quintet in C major, op 163, D 956 • Purcell: Fantasia Upon One Note in F major, Z 745 The Adderbury Ensemble David Le Page (violin) Chris Windass (violin) Rose Redgrave (viola) Jane Fenton (cello) Kath Sharman (cello) Formed in 1986 by a group of the UK’s finest young freelance musicians, the Adderbury Ensemble have always had a flexible line-up, mixing and matching different players to deliver performances primarily as quartets, quintets or small chamber groups and occasionally adding further instruments to play symphonies and concertos by the likes of Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Mendelssohn or Brahms – with or without a conductor. Everyone who performs as part of the Adderbury Ensemble is an eminent instrumentalist, usually a principal player with one or more of the leading orchestras of Europe. From their early years playing Sunday evening concerts in the beautiful village of Adderbury in north Oxfordshire, the group have gone on to develop a global reputation. They perform regularly throughout Britain and other European nations and played their first concerts in the United States in Spring 2016. They also helped found the world-famous Oxford Coffee Concerts at the Holywell Music Room, the oldest purpose-built music venue in Europe. The Adderbury Ensemble have released ten recordings in their own right since their first CD was released in 1997, and individual members have recorded many more, either as soloists or as members of other groups. And there it is, my favourite Tool song (If I had to pick one from the Disposition-Reflection-Triad trinity). I'm very happy with the new bass whammy and I hope that I can use it for more stuff. So, there are a lot of variations online for the intro. Why? Because some of the harmonics can be played in different spots. I prefer these positions because it simply feels easier this way. The most difficult thing is probably muting the low D string before repeating everything again. The chorus is really easy and doesn't need any explaining. The verses are also quite easy, but there are some variations you. It's probably not a big problem if you actually miss one of these variations because they feel quite random anyway. Outro is almost the same as the intro, but has a few more notes. Some important information that nobody is going to read. During his years of study in England 1716-21 and in the course of a journey to England, France, Italy and Germany 1735-37 he absorbed detailed knowledge of the musical trends of the period. As conductor of the court orchestra he did important work from the 1720's to the 1740's. Amongst other things he introduced George Frideric Handel's music in Sweden and took active part in the development of public concert life in Stockholm in the 1730's. Roman's compositions for solo violin for an interesting group of works in his instrumental production. He was himself an accomplished violinist, especially in his younger years, before increasing deafness precluded the possibility of further activity as performer. He was also pedagogically active. In his "assaggi" (essays, experiments, studies) with several movements and small pieces of the nature of etudes for solo violin he left a contribution to the 18th century repertoire for unaccompanied violin that is perhaps without parallel as regards quantity. Many of these are musically rich compositions, and they must still be acknowledged to have great didactic value, not least for the study of the violin playing and the technique of the late baroque. From stylistic point of view thwy have little in common with Johann Sebastian Bach's compositions for solo violin, with which Roman was not aquainted. Rather it appears that Geminiani was one of his chief models; there are too certain resemblances with Locatelli's violin style and Telemann's "fantasias" for the instrument.Project Vivaldi Collection www.vivaldi.ee contact : vivaldi@vivaldi.ee Live recording, Tallinn Estonia Baltic Baroque/Grigori Maltizov Andrey Penyugin, baroque violin Sofia Maltizova, baroque cello Imbi Tarum, harpsichordSheet Music & Backing Tracks: https://www.windtabmusic.com/ FREE Clarinet Finger Chart and Guide: https://www.windtabmusic.com/free-area-clarinet Become a patron: https://www.patreon.com/windtab Available On: Flute ✔ Clarinet ✔ Alto Sax ✔ Tenor Sax ✔ Recorder ✔ Follow us: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9paODqNgURdgdXqYJeHcGg?view_as=subscriber Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/WindTab-257055458237752/?modal=admin_todo_tour Twitter: https://twitter.com/wind_tabAurora (for piano trio), Santorini 2011 III. After been watching a lot of positive reviews, I bought a Ibanez JEM jr. Not disappointed. Although.. polished the frets, smoothed out the fretboard, Put a Gotoh GE-1996T FR Trem in.. ( you can see me working on that) and ready to go. No need for changing pickups..yet. I've seen another youtube review with DiMarzio Evo's in it, and wasn't impressed.. almost nobody was in the comments.. The fun thing is that it plays old fashion tunes also very well as I show in the video. And like my other review of the Blackstar ID Core 40 "Blackstar ID core 40 Stereo Fun!" I only used an old Lumia smartphone to record the whole thing. No sophisticated equipment or pedals. Have fun! Hoi, Wilco! erg he?
