Patrick Morrissey is the author of two collections of poetry, The Differences (Pressed Wafer, 2014) and World Music (Verge Books, 2017). His poems and essays have appeared in The Nation, Chicago Review, New American Writing, Textual Practice, and other journals. He holds a PhD in English from the University of Chicago, and from 2014 to 2016, he served as poetry editor of Chicago Review. What do you need? - 300 grams of shortbread cookies - 50 grams of butter - 400 ml of whipped cream - 8 grams of whisk fix (whipped cream stiffener) - 500 grams of curd cheese mago / vanilla / natural - 2 mango - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice - 75 grams of jam sugar * Finish: mint leaves Bottom: - Crush the cookies - melt the butter and add to the crumbled cake - prepare the bottom and put in the fridge Cottage cheese layer: - cut 1 mango into small pieces - Beat 400 ml of whipped cream with a sachet of whipping fix - Add the quark and half of the cut mango - mix this well to a solid mass as shown in the video. - put the quark mixture on the cookie bottom and put it back in the fridge overnight. mango sauce: - cut the other mango into pieces - crush the mango and a half (puree) - put it in a saucepan with the jam sugar and lemon juice. - stir this well over medium heat and wait until it boils. - let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. - keep it cool for at least 3 hours. & done Enjoy your meal!! Wat heb je nodig? - 300 gram sprits koekjes - 50 gram roomboter - 400 ml slagroom - 8 gram klopfix (slagroonversteviger) - 500 gram kwark mago/vanille/naturel. - 2 mango - 1 eetlepel citroensap - 75 gram geleisuiker *Afwerking: muntblaatjes Bodem: - Maak de koekjes fijn - smelt de boter en voeg bij de verkruimelde koek - maak de bodem en zet in de koelkast Kwark laag: - snijd 1 mango in kleine stukjes - klop 400 ml slagroom met een zakje klopfix stijf - Voeg de kwark en de helft van de in stukjes gesneden mango toe - mix dit nog goed door tot een stevige massa zoals op het filmpje. - doe het kwark mengsel op de koekjes bodem en zet weer in de koelkast voor een nacht. mangosaus: - snijd de andere mango in stukken - maak de anderhalve mango fijn (pureren) - doe het in een pannetje met de geleisuiker en de citroensap. - roer dit goed door op middel vuur en wacht tot het kookt. - laat het 5 minuten onder af en toe roeren zachtjes koken. - zet dit koel voor minimaal 3 uur. & klaar Eetsmakelijk!! #extremetastycookingНевротическая личность наполнена как осознаваемыми, так и бессознательными внутренними конфликтами.
