Wareniki mit Erdbeeren sind meiner Meinung mit das Leckerste Essen was es gibt. So Lecker und Saftig. Das ist ein Traditionelles Rezept wie ich es noch von meiner Mutter kenne. Probiert es aus und berichtet mir von eurem Erfolg. ★ Arbeitszeit: ca. 30 min ★ Schwierigkeitsgrad: mittel ★ Kalorien: 510 kcal Zutaten Folgende Zutaten benötigen wir für Wareniki mit Erdbeeren - Traditionell & Schnell - ca. 500g - 600g Mehl - 1 Ei - 1 Teelöffel Salz - 1 Esslöffel Sonnenblumen Öl - 250ml Wasser (Warm) - Zucker (je nach Geschmack) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 👩🍳 Zubereitung: Wareniki mit Erdbeeren - Traditionell & Schnell 1. Zuerst geben wir 250ml Warmes Wasser , 1 Ei , 1 Esslöffel Sonnenblumen Öl und 1 Teelöffel Salz in eine Schüssel und vermischen alles gut miteinander. 2. Jetzt geben wir ca. 600g Mehl (Typ 405) nach und nach dazu und machen daraus einen schönen Teig. 3. Den Teig gut durchkneten. Ich knete es gerne auf der Arbeitsplatte durch. 4. Solange der Teig sich ausruht, schneiden wir die Erdbeeren in Mundgerechte Stücke. 5. Den Teig werden wir jetzt in 3 Stücke teilen. 6. Nehmt euch eins und knetet es nochmal durch und rollt es mit einem Nudelholz gut durch. 7. Jetzt nehmen wir uns 1 Messer und schneiden Vierecke aus dem Teig heraus. Andere formen sind natürlich auch möglich. 8. Jetzt nehmt ihr eure Erdbeeren und legt es in die Mitte des Teigstückes. Je nach Geschmack könnt ihr auch jetzt an dieser Stelle noch etwas Zucker dazugeben. 9. Klebt die Teigstücke jetzt gut zusammen. Einfach die Enden verbinden und gut zusammendrücken, damit nichts ausläuft. 10. Ab in den Topf mit Kochenden Wasser für einige Minuten. Wen die Wareniki oben schwimmen sind diese auch bereits fertig. 11. Zu Wareniki mit Erdbeeren passt Schmand wunderbar.
