Tom Yum Recipe Ingredients * 700 gr of seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels, octopus) * 200 grams of fish * 3 ml soy sauce * 200 ml coconut milk * 2 liters of chicken broth * 1 lime * 1 tbsp ginger root * 1 tbsp red curry paste * * 6-7 cherry tomatoes * Rice for garnish Preparing the ingredients - Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters. - Zest the lime. - Slice the ginger into thin slices. Preparation - Heat the broth to a slight boil. - Add the ginger and lime zest. - After a couple minutes, add the horse milk and soy sauce. - After a couple minutes, add curry paste and lime juice. - After a couple minutes, add seafood, fish and tomatoes. - Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat - Serve along with cooked rice - Enjoy!
