Здравствуй читатель! Сегодня немного кухни манящего востока🙂 Индийский карри🇮🇳 с ингредиентами, которые не сложно достать в России🇷🇺 сливочный, сытный, экзотичный, начинай готовить, не думай! Ингредиенты: 🔸мясо курицы (800 г). У меня была голень без кости, если хотите менее жирное, то берите грудку; *БЕЗ КОЖИ! 🔸лук (4 шт); 🔸имбирь (50 г); 🔸чеснок🧄 (4-5 зубчиков); 🔸приправа карри (1 ст л); 🔸кокосовое молоко (400 мл), если не любите вкус кокоса, то используйте жирные сливки 15-20%; Что мы делаем: 1️⃣ нарежьте курицу оптимальными кусочками, опустите в кипящую воду и не выпускайте оттуда 15-20 мин; 2️⃣ натрите на мелкой терке имбирь с чесноком; 3️⃣ обжарьте лук до золотистости (лучше со сливочным маслом); 4️⃣ добавьте имбирь, чеснок, карри; 5️⃣ посолите, поперчите, у меня приправа была острой🌶️, поэтому я не перчил; 6️⃣ обжаривайте минуты полторы, чтоб специи дали сильный аромат, и добавьте полстакана-стакан кипятка.
