Healthy Low Calorie Thai Green Curry! One of my favorite recipes i’ve made! 546 calories per serving - 52g protein | 48g carbs | 16g fat If you’re a Thai food lover like me, you’re gonna love this recipe - so much depth of flavour, macro friendly and so easy to make! I always try and make these recipes as simple as possible while still achieving amazing taste🤌🏽🔥 For the Green Curry Paste: • 5-6 garlic cloves • 30g of ginger • 2 shallots • 3 green chillis (if you don’t like it spicy then use 1) • 1 cup coriander/cilantro • 1 tsp salt • 1-2 tsp cumin • 1/2 lime juice • 1 tsp fish sauce (optional but adds great flavor) Blend till it turns into a paste Note: you may need to add a little water for it to blend properly For the chicken: • 300g raw chicken breast (cut into cubes) • 2 tbsps of that green curry paste made earlier Mix well For cooking: • 1 tsp olive oil on high heat • Cook the chicken for 5 mins then set aside • Add the rest of the green paste and toast for 1 mins • Add 300ml of light coconut milk • Stir gently and simmer for 5 mins before adding the chicken back in with green onion and red pepper • Simmer for another 5 mins then serve with 140g of cooked rice per serving This recipe yields 2 servings Macros per serving 546 Calories - 52g protein | 48g carbs | 16g fat ENJOY & SUBSCRIBE For More!! Peel and slice the onions. 2. Add them to some heated olive oil. 3. Stir-fry until severely wilted and browned. 4. Add desired amount of brown or palm sugar. 5. Continue to stir-fry. 6. Remove from heat, let it cool a bit and enjoy. What do I eat it with? Tastes good on top of some rice porridge. Can also be eaten with bread or salty crackers. Nutritional value? After all that cooking, I don't think there's any left. Some calories are to be expected.GERMAN RECIPES IN THE COMMENTS 👇 0:00 Intro 0:52 Easy pasta bake 3:05 Tahini lemon asparagus pasta 5:20 Noodle stir fry Baked pasta: -1 small cauliflower -1 can chickpeas -3 tomatoes -250g uncooked pasta -1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes -2 Tbsp pesto verde -1/4 cup (30g) nutritional yeast -1 Tsp garlic powder -salt and pepper to taste -1 1/2 cups (375ml) water COMBINE all ingredients in a baking tray. COVER with foil and bake at 175 Celsius/350 Fahrenheit for 45-50min Tahini Asparagus Pasta: -1 onion -3 cloves garlic -250g asparagus -juice and zest of 1/2 lemon -1 Tbsp oil for frying -1/3 cup (80g) tahini -2/3 cup (160ml) pasta water -salt and pepper to taste -1 Tsp agave or any sweetener of your choice -250g uncooked pasta FRY onion and garlic in the oil for a few minutes, then add the asparagus and fry for another 5 minutes. BOIL the pasta in salted water. ADD the tahini, lemon juice/zest and pasta water to the veggies and SIMMER UNTIL the pasta is cooke. STIR in the pasta and the remaining ingredients. Quick noodle stir fry: -4 small carrots -3 spring onions -1 red pepper -a thumbsize piece of ginger -1 Tbsp oil for frying -250g vegan „chicken“ -300g noodles -3 TBSP soy sauce -1 TBSP hoisin sauce FRY the veggies and the „chicken“ in the oil until soft (about 5mins). COOK the noodles. REMOVE the veggies from the pan and fry the noodles for 3-4mins. ADD IN the veggies, soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
