I'm going to show you how to cook this wonderfull indian recipe that you you'll be cooking it every day after learning it. It is easy to make and does not require much effort. Ingredients: 250g medium shrimp 1 cup basmati rice 3 tbsp yoghurt 1 large onion 4 tbsp tomato sauce (or 1 chopped tomato) 2 tsp salt (1 for shrimp and 1 for rice) 1 tsp coriander 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil (for rice) 2 tbsp olive oil (for the searing) Instructions: wash and peel the shrimps add to the shrimp 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1 tbsp lemon juice cut the onion into half slices preheat a pan and add 1 tbsp of olive oil in goes the onion let sear over medium heat when it is brown save half for later Add to the rest halt the tomato sauce (1 chopped tomato) and the marinated shrimp Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 min Add the rice, cover the pan and let it cook for 10 min The food is ready, enjoy it In the comments, feel free to leave me your questions about cooking or positive kitchen gossip. По възможност повтаряме 3-4 пъти за деня, без да излизаме навън. 🔸 Астма – включваме арома дифузера за 30 минути вечер преди лягане в стаята за сън. 🔸 Цистит – правим седяща вана в леген с 5 капки ЕМ Индийски тамян или вана на цяло тяло със 7-8 капки за 10-15 минути. Маслото се поставя върху малко сода или морска сол и тогава се слага във водата. 🔸 Мастопатия, кисти в гърдите – отлично средство за справяне с възпаленията на млечните жлези. Ползвайте за масаж на гърдите вечер след баня. Направете си смес в бурканче. Може да ползвате за база Крем Календула на Вивасан или друго базово масло. На 30 мл базово масло – 15 капки ЕМ Индийски тамян. Втривайте по посока нагоре и навън с кръгообразни движения. Задължително намажете и подмишниците – там има множество лимфни възли и маслото ще премине по-бързо в лимфна и кръвоносна система. 🔸 Болки в стави и мускули – можете да намажете проблемните зони с комбинация от 30 мл базово масло и 15 капки ЕМ Индийски тамян няколко пъти дневно. 🔸 Емоционален баланс – можете да го ползвате в аромадифузер или арома медальон. 🔸 Стрии – масажирайте интензивно с 5 капки ЕМ индийски тамян и 1 ч.л. кокосово масло вечер след баня засегнатите зони. 🔸 Полипи в носа и синусите – правим капки за нос – 10 мл базово масло + 4 капки ЕМ Чаено дърво с манука и канука, 2 капки ЕМ Индийски тамян + 2 капки ЕМ Лавандула. Капят се във всяка ноздра 2-3 пъти по 2 капки. 🔸 Неспокойни деца, превъзбуда – може да се комбинира с ЕМ Портокал и ЕМ Лавандула в аромадифузер. 🔸 Бръчки – тамянът има антиейджинг ефект. Можете да го добавите към крема си за лице. Правилото е на 10 грама основа – 2-3 капки ЕМ индийски тамян.
