Teden v Kolutu pričenjamo v Šolskem centru Postojna, kjer so podpisali pogodbo in postavili temeljni kamen za Izobraževalni center sodobnih tehnologij. Naložbo v prizidek in opremo laboratorija v skupni vrednosti skoraj 1.500 tisoč evrov sta financirali ministrstvo za izobraževanje znanost in šport ter ministrstvo za gospodarski razvoj in tehnologijo. V teh dneh obeležujemo že 26. Dneve evropske kulturne dediščine in 4. teden kulturne dediščine pod naslovom Dediščina okoli nas. Dragoceno je samozavedanje, da je dediščina eno od izhodišč naše biti, je naša izkušnja, je bogastvo in duhovna svetloba. In ker je naše življenje na vsakem koraku prežeto z našo dediščino, je ni težko najti. Odpravili smo se na Globočnikovo ulico v Postojno, kjer pri Bizjakovih hranijo dragocen spomin na čase kontrabanta. Na Šobčevi domačiji na Kalu pri Pivki so se letos poklonili mojstrom lesarstva na pivškem. S podelitvijo matičkov in priznanj za najboljše gledališke stvaritve pretekle sezone, se je v Postojni končalo 55. Linhartovo srečanje. Več v nadaljevanju tednika. Ob svetovnem dnevu turizma so tako kot drugod po Sloveniji tudi v Postojni odprli zelena okna.V Galeriji turistično informacijskega centra v Postojni je svoj pogled skozi zelena okna predstavilo 15 organizacij.I’m sharing one of the easiest cards I’ve made ever, start to finish! Roughly chop 2- Peel garlic, and ginger (slice). Place chilli with garlic, ginger, onion on tray(lightly coat in oil and salt). Bake at 180c for 20-30 minutes until browned lightly 3- Allow to cool in fridge 4- Blitz all veg in a blender or processor until smooth 5- Add the remaining ingredients except lemon juice 6- Taste and adjust sweetness or add cayenne for more heat 7- Add lemon and mix 8- Rest in fridge for 1-2 nights to cool heat level Baba Ghanoush: 1- Poke holes in aubergines, oil skins, bake at 180c or grill over charcoal until softened 2- Cut skins open, and cook for a few more minutes to allow steam to escape 3- Scrape out aubergine flesh and place in the fridge to cool 4- Once cooled chop until coarsely minced 5- Chop the parsley finely 6- Add the rest of ingredients to chopped aubergine flesh and mix together 7- Add water if you want to thin it out further 8- Serve with olive oilIncienso producciones les da las bienvenida a todos los que visitan nuestro canal.
