This was a reference to the work pants I bought in the markets. Of course I also had to buy plants. In this episode, I finally reveal the viewers' choice for the black pot and I planted it in. Apart from those mentioned, a lot of other things happened here. First is that I started moving my potted aeoniums out into the open where they can get exposed to the sun and rain, and more importantly, where I will remember that they exist. I previously had them in the top shelf, where I don't often water as much. They need the water now since they are no longer dormant. The next thing I did involves a lot of cleanup. I trimmed the blue chalk sticks on both Project Lux and Project Deux, since they were starting to get out of control, and it's their growing season now. The reset will do them good. Apart from the senecios, I also pulled out the mealy-infested Black Prince and Black Knight plants that were smothered by the sedums. I'm removing them now to give them a much-needed break from the harsh elements. I have previously mentioned that I wanted to replace the Zorro with the Verrugas, but the latter is not yet acclimatised, so I'm leaving it next to the Zorro for now. I'm going to do the replacement a few months from now. Having done that, I have also worked on resetting a bunch of other plants like the Aeonium haworthi and the xGraptophytum "Supreme" since they were getting too leggy. Lastly, my wife has been growing some garlic in the kitchen and it was due to be transferred to a larger container, so I did just that.
