The labour market-oriented education and training programme (commissioned by BMZ & implemented by GIZ) supports the Ethiopian Government in its educational reforms with a special focus on engineering sciences. The objective is for TVET and higher education graduates to be qualified for the national labour market. By supporting practice-oriented education and aligning the services provided by the Ethiopian TVET system to the labour market, the programme helps to promote sustainable employment. A main goal of the programme is to address the needs of female students. The Role Models campaign was kick-started in Addis Ababa in 2013 to create awareness of gender issues. A calendar was printed for the Ethiopian New Year, portraying the compelling biographies and careers of female engineers. It was distributed to TVET and higher education institutions countrywide. The calendar will be translated into Amharic and further distributed to secondary schools in Ethiopia. In addition, a video clip was developed with our role models discussing the challenges girls and women face and developing ideas on the support needed to prevent them from discontinuing their education. Correlazione sulle differenti modalità esecutive di un medesimo brano in base al tipo di strumento adottato (organo oppure clavicembalo). Lezioni individuali e collettive all’organo e/o al clavicembalo con eventuale partecipazione al concerto finale e alle prove del coro e dei vari gruppi strumentali.
