Now, launch Music app and select Songs option on the left hand side panel. Select the song from your library, right click and tap Get Info. Then select Option. ⏳Timestamp - 0:50 STEP 3: Change the STOP and START time. Make sure that the total length of the ringtone is max. 30 seconds. Now mark checkboxes next to the Start and Stop times and tap OK. ⏳Timestamp - 1:10 STEP 4: Now keep the song selected, and go to File - Convert, and select Create AAC Version. Right click on the new AAC version song and select Show in Finder. The new song will show up in your Finder app with .m4a file extension. ⏳Timestamp - 1:36 STEP 5: Copy this song to desktop. ⏳Timestamp - 2:00 STEP 6: Delete AAC version of the song from Music Library before you add ringtone to iPhone. ⏳Timestamp - 2:12 STEP 7: Rename File Extension of the file from .m4a to .m4r (Do not rename the file name). Select USE .M4R when warning is prompted. ⏳Timestamp - 2:36 STEP 8: Now select iPhone in Music app and drag this ringtone from desktop to your iPhone.
