As an enthusiastic YouTuber, I was especially interested in its video performance. :-) Unlike its 4K twin sister Canon EOS-1D C it does not provide an earphone jack. The autofocus in the for video recording indispensable live view mode is very slow. Together with a tele zoom lens it is big and heavy and not really what I would call handy. But the image quality is outstanding! I can't create a look like this with a video camera. Here is a sample of my "nature" or "wildlife" footage of garden flowers, insects and birds filmed with a Canon EOS tele zoom lens. While editing, my video editing program had a very slow performance, perhaps it does not like *.mov files (it obviously prefers *.mts files - but I had not such problems with *.mov files from an EOS 500D). Als enthusiastischer YouTuber war ich natürlich hauptsächlich an ihren Videoqualitäten interessiert. :-) Anders als ihre 4K Zwillingsschwester Canon EOS-1D C verfügt sie aber über keinen Kopfhörereingang. Der Autofokus arbeitet im für Videoaufnahmen unerlässlichen LiveView-Modus sehr langsam. Zusammen mit einem Telezoomobjektiv ist sie sehr groß und schwer und nicht gerade das, was ich handlich nennen würde. Aber die Bildqualität ist außergewöhnlich! Mit einem Camcorder mit kleinem Aufnahmesensor lassen sich kein solcher Bildeindruck erzeugen. Hier sind ein paar Beispielaufnahmen von Gartenblumen, Insekten und Vögeln, die ich mit einem EOS Teleobjektiv aufgenommen habe. Beim Schneiden wurde mein Schnittprogramm äußerst langsam, vielleicht weil es *.mov-Dateien nicht besonders mag (es zieht ganz offensichtlich *.mts-Dateien vor - dennoch hatte ich keine solchen Probleme mit von einer EOS 500D aufgenommen *.mov-Dateien).
