The 4x5 camera of choice was the plywood daddio from intrepid camera. 4x5 film is on of the most difficult and tedious forms of film photography. However, the Intrepid 4x5 is a rather cheap entry point into large format photography and I figured it would probably be a valuable learning experience. They have made quite a few changes to the intrepid 4x5 mk4 version of the camera. I looked at a few other 4x5 film cameras, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get a newly manufactured camera and support an up and coming company. I expect to have a full intrepid camera review to follow in a few months. I am so excited to venture into the world of intrepid 4x5 film and large format film photography!
