The condition will getting worst if we increase the switching time hence higher gate resistor or higher pwm freq. as work around we could drive the mosfet with npn transistor pulled up on the collector. so we shifted the volt level on the mosfet get to 10V for example. Unfortunedly with this configurartion the mosfet got inverted pwm input on his gate. how we could revert or synchronise the pwm signal? what should we consider when using mosfet and pwm?
