The original dealership was located on Broad St. In Oneida, NY and later moved to the 5 corners location, where it remained for over 20 years. The building next store was built in 1990 for the Toyota franchise. Harold modeled the building after his ford dealership in Alaska. Being in business for almost forty years, our Ford, Lincoln, Mercury dealership employees understand that customer satisfaction is our number 1 goal. We are proud of the fact that we have met the high standards to be Ford Motor Company “Blue Oval Certified” for the last 7 years. The Toyota franchise operated for nearly 2 years, but due to the sluggish economy and initial reaction towards import products, it became cost prohibitive to keep the dealership open. Harold was allowed to become an inactive Toyota dealer, with the stipulation that we would reopen the franchise within an allotted time frame. In 1994, Walmart purchased the land at the 5 corners where the ford dealership was located. The Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership was relocated to the building next store and the Toyota franchise was reopened once the Ford service and parts facility was built. At that time. We felt that building offered customers the opportunity to shop for vehicles, and have service performed in a clean, modern and relaxed setting. When Harold died in 1997, Bill, his oldest son, became president of the dealership. While working in the family business since high school, Bill learned the business from the ground up. He held various positions in parts, sales, finance, and department management. He became the owner of the dealership in 1999. Our business has been very successful, and in 2004 we purchased the Pontiac GMC truck franchise. We are very fortunate to represent all of our current franchises. At the moment Toyota is our fastest growing franchise and that is why we built our new state of the art facility to better serve our customers. This facility is one of the first totally complete image 2 concept dealership in the new york region. The new facility offers a larger more comfortable showroom and waiting lounge with internet hook up. Our service department has many more service bays a quick lube bay and drive thru lanes. You will never have to get out of your vehicle and face the elements. We sincerely feel that our sales and service departments offer customer service that is second to none. We are also very proud that NYE Toyota has won Toyota’s highest honor, the presidents award 5 times. We have an average of 80 new and 20-30 used Toyota vehicles on our lot, but also have 60-70 new Toyotas being built for us right now at the factory.
