That's tire size 225/65R17. These Titan chains are SAE Class S chains. They're designed for vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. They're a low profile design so they're going to provide a smooth ride. The ladder pattern is effective for starts and stops on ice. They're great for the occasional use. They're going to provide excellent grip in light snow. They have a maximum speed rating of 30 miles per hour. They come in a quantity of 2. They're very easy to install. Let's go ahead and show you that now. We're going to be putting the chains on the front tires of our RAV4 here today. It is all-wheel drive but it is mostly driven by the front axle. If it's not all-wheel drive, you'll be doing the same, the front axle. To begin our test fit, I've gone ahead and laid the chain out. It's a good idea to make sure there's no twists or any kinks in it. We'll also want to be sure that the hooks, the open end, is facing up. The tire is going to be on this side. Let's go ahead and drape it over our tire. I'm just going to pick it up and set it in place. It's a good idea to make sure that it's even on both sides. You stick your hands in the front there and feel around the back. After that, then we'll just finish draping it around the tire. Then, we can go ahead and connect them around back first. Here on the back, what we want to do is we want to take the stoppers here and feed them through the eyelet here. We don't want to do them all because we want it to be an even fit. I'll start off with 3. I'll just feed it through. Then, it's going to catch. If we had to do any more, we could actually use the little keeper here just to prevent the cable from flailing around while we're on the road. Let's head back on the the front. Here on the front, it's very similar. We're going to do the same thing only since the back is already done, let's go ahead and try to connect as many as we can. We got 3 there. Then, we've got 4. Still making sure that it's even. Now, we can just simply repeat the same process for the other side. With both tire chains installed, Titan does recommend a rubber adjuster. What this is going to do is it's going to help your chain remain tight on your tire while you're on the road. You can pick up 2 with part number TCMA2. The way these go on is the hook, the open end, is going to face away from the tire. We'll start by clipping on top. Then, we'll go all the way down and then just work our way around from there. That's all there is to it. Also, it's a good idea to drive a short distance once you've got them installed and get out and check and make sure you don't need to make any adjustments.
