The pitch is 1/5" or .2". It's made from brass because I wanted the extra weight and brass is easy to machine. This pulley is paired up with a 10 tooth pulley on a small, 55 watt, 120 volt DC motor that will be power by a variac so I have variable speed. The last segment of the video shows the motor and drive assembly in action powering the saw frame although the cabinet is not complete finished.Music Gamer ChannelAfter turning on a Nova 1624 for a couple years, I decided to make the move to the Powermatic 3520B.
