Hallo, im letzten Jahr habe ich so einiges gesägt, daher demonstriere ich heute den Austausch eines Sägeblattes an meiner Bosch GTS 10 XC und da der 3. Januar ist wünsche ich allen noch ein frohes und gesundes 2022, aber jetzt viel Spaß bei dem Video. In einem meiner letzten Videos, dass ich oben rechts verlinkt habe, konnte man bereits sehen, das mein altes Sägeblatt, dass standardmäßig zusammen mit der GTS 10 geliefert wird, nicht mehr das beste ist. Höchste Zeit also, dieses gegen ein neues und besseres auszutauschen. Je nachdem wofür man eine Tischkreissäge hauptsächlich einsetzt, sollte das Sägeblatt den gestellten Anforderungen natürlich gewachsen sein. Als erstes baue ich alles von der Säge ab, was beim Austausch nur im Weg sein könnte, also weg mit dem Parallelanschlag und dem Schiebeschlitten und auch der Tischeinsatz muss raus gehebelt werden, damit ich ans Sägeblatt komme. Jetzt kurbele ich das Sägeblatt ganz nach oben. Wissen Sie wie oft es zu Schnittverletzungen beim Austausch eines Sägeblattes kommt? Ich auch nicht und ich will die Statistik der Krankenhäuser nicht um einen Fall bereichern, daher trage ich auch Handschuh, wovon ja beim Arbeiten mit einer Tischkreissäge abgeraten wird. Im Lieferumfang der Säge befindet sich auch das notwendige Werkzeug zum Austausch des Blattes, nämlich ein 24mm Ringschlüssel der gut versteckt an der rechten Seite der Säge angebracht ist. Ohne die rote Abdeckung ist das Sägeblatt gut zugänglich und es ist eine gute Gelegenheit, alles mit etwas Druckluft sauber zu machen. Links neben dem Sägeblatt befindet sich der Spindelarretierhebel, mit dem, man denkt es sich bereits, die Spindel arretiert werden kann, bevor die Spannmutter dann gelöst wird. Darunter befindet sich noch ein Spannflansch in der Form einer dicken Unterlegscheibe, der bei dieser Gelegenheit gerne ins Gehäuse fällt. Ist mir hier auch so passiert, habe ich hier aber rausgeschnitten. Dass das Sägeblatt schon einige Kilometer Holz hinter sich hat, ist leicht zu erkennen. Als Austausch habe ich mich für ein Bosch Optiline Wood mit 60 Zähnen entschieden, welches laut Hersteller für einen überaus sauberen und präzisen Schnitt verfügen soll. Okay, das werde ich noch sehen und an dieser Stelle dazu berichten. Das altes Sägeblatt hat nur 24 Zähne und ich war mit dem Schnittbild immer zufrieden, also bin ich schon auf die ersten Resultate mit dem neuen gespannt. Der Einbau erfolgt nun in umgekehrter Reihenfolge, wobei auf ein ausreichend festes Anziehen der Spannmutter beachtet werden sollten. So ein neues unbenutztes scharfes Sägeblatt ist wie die Klinge eines neuen Taschenmesser. Nägel sollte man damit nicht schneiden. Nun versetze ich die Maschine wieder in ihren Standby Zustand und das alte Sägeblatt ist auch noch zu gut für den Schrotthändler.
