Проблема была только одна: включение и отключение планшета при включении и выключении зажигания соответственно. В этом помогла программа Tasker. С помощью неё запрограммировал включение экрана и начало воспроизведение плеера при начале зарядки. И отключение экрана с остановкой плеера при отключении зарядки. Включаем зажигание-есть зарядка,отключаем зажигание-нет зарядки.
