Part number PWSXP560. That's tire size 215/255 R17. These Pewag chains are SAE Class S chains. They're designed for vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. They feature a diamond pattern, which is going to offer more coverage around our tire, so you're going to get more traction than your average snow tire chains. They're going to provide excellent grip on snow and ice, they're great for the occasional use, the small square links are going to offer a smooth ride while we're on the road. The red bumpers are going to prevent cuffs and scratches on our tires and wheels. They have a maximum speed rating of 30 miles per hour, they come in a quantity of 2, and the locking mechanism makes for a very easy installation. We'll go ahead and show you that now. We're going to be putting tire chains on the front tires of Kia Soul here today because it is front wheel drive. We've gone ahead and laid our chain out. It's a good idea to make sure it's not tangled up or it doesn't have any twists in it. It'll just make it more difficult to put on. You want to be sure that the red cable here is facing up. You'll also want to make sure that this unlocked, so then we can take our chain like so and position it over our tire. We'll just stretch it over the tire like so. Then, we'll just work our way around stretching it over our tire. It does make it a little bit easier to have 1 hand pulling on it as you bring it around your tire. Once we get down to the bottom, we will need to pull forward a short distance just to get it around to the backside. Now as we pull forward, it's going to help center it up around our tire. Now after we pull forward and we've got our cord back around our tire, we still may need to get out and stretch it around. That way it helps it center up a little bit better. Then, we can lock our mechanism down here. We just need to bring it up and close it. Now after we lock it up, remember it's still important to drive a short distance and get out and check to see if you need to make any more adjustments. Now if you haven't done it already, just repeat the same process for the other side.
