On that week we practiced arm support and arm balances that required tricep, shoulder and core strength in bent arm configuration, and learnt to stablize shoulder and wrist joints for safety. Poses incorporated from our Basic, Essential and intermediate level classes into this sequence are: Four Limbed Staff Pose (Chaturanga Dandasana), Crow Pose (Kakasana), One Legged Crow Pose (Eka Pada Bakasana).
