В видео показана дыхательная гимнастика, содержатся дыхательные упражнения и упражнения, чтобы развить способность почувствовать и чувствовать чакры. Участники семинара Семинар проходил в рамках дисциплины "Судьбология".The truth about Qigong (氣功） Nowadays you can find a tremendous spectrum of Qigong forms. The choices are almost unimaginable. First of all, I am not going to judge any kind of Qigong practice. What is important however is a clear understanding of Qigong. Let’s start with its history, ancient Qigong forms do not exist for the reason that Qigong is a relatively new term. The exact date is hard to tell due to the fact that it was orally transmitted from master to student. The origin can be found in the 巫 (shaman) tradition of ancient China. This tradition is the root of 道家 (Daoism). The first written scripts do not mention Qigong, the ancient term used is 內丹心法 (Neidan Xinfa). I will list just a few of the ancient scripts. - 参同契 Can Tong Qi - 道德經 Dao De Jing - 易經 Yi Jing - 悟真篇 Wu Zhen Pian. There are several important characteristics about all these ancient scripts. The first one is that they all cover the same content, these scripts all write about the same system. It is all about retrieving the original. Another important characteristic is that the practice is never explained in detail. Practicing requires a teacher who has the wisdom about the practice. Many teachers may have knowledge, but if the teacher does not know the way, in other words lacking the real wisdom of its practice itself, this so-called knowledge will never lead to the correct practice. A teacher does more than just transmit the theory of the practice, a teacher guides you on your path enabling you to practice correctly. How far a student wants to go with his practice is all decided by him- or herself. The original practice is just one system. Through practice and guidance of the teacher the student will progress. After reaching the next level in this practice the teacher would explain more and just add the next layer of the same practice. Through time and influence of other philosophies and cultures (like Buddhism) other schools emerged and with it their own created Qigong. Rapidly more and more schools emerged based on many new kind of breathing techniques, new animal systems, cosmic systems etc. You might wonder why I do not explain more about “retrieving the original”. Explaining the theory about Nei Dan Xin Fa is very profound, therefore it has to be done properly right from the start. The One System of the ancient masters cannot be fathomed in a text or any written book. But if taught by a true teacher it is very accessible right from the beginning, and the first thing you will notice after daily practice is more and more clarity in a new energetic you. In fact this new you has always been you, but is was hidden and blocked within yourself. I hope I have given you something to think about.
