Long and difficult, yet boring explanations given in excruciating detail. Start by reading the slides, go through the worked examples and exercises. Watch the video when you cannot fully understand something in the slides. Chapter 7: Computations in a functor context II. Monads and semimonads. Part 2: Laws and structure of monads How to derive the laws for flatMap from our intuitions about functor block computations Deriving the laws for flatten from the laws for flatMap Why flatten is equivalent to flatMap, and what it means to be "equivalent" Why flatten has one law fewer than flatMap How parametricity assures naturality laws Worked examples showing how to verify the associativity law for all standard monads Examples of incorrect implementation of flatten that violates the associativity law Motivation for full monads and laws for the `pure` method Deriving the laws for `pure` in terms of `flatten` Reformulating the monad laws in terms of Kleisli functions A simplified definition of "category" and "morphism" How category theory provides a conceptual generalization of "lifting" Deriving the laws of `pure`, `flatten`, and `flatMap` from the laws of Kleisli category Structure of semigroups and monoids: how to build up semigroups and monoids from parts Structure of semimonads and monads: building up new monads from previously given monads, functors, and contrafunctors The recording of the full lecture of Chapter 7, Part 2 is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0fH_adTCnQ but it was too long for YouTube to generate the subtitles. For convenience, I split it into two parts, each now with subtitles. Once you see the example in this video you will get clear understanding about this design principle. And also you will know about the issues that you can avoid by following the dependency inversion principle. The course may be taken as either entry-level Python Programming (CIS156) or Object-Oriented Programming Fundamentals (CIS150AB). This video provides an overview of the course and introduces the Canvas LMS course site. The next video (part 2) walks through the syllabus and other course materials. Separation of concerns: I will explain the kinds of code which are observed in all kinds of three layer architectures (i.e. MV-Whatever), without appealing to any particular style/pattern. The idea is to get developers to stop worrying/wasting time about whether they found "the best" architecture (which doesn't exist), and instead to find a suitable architecture based on project requirements. 2. Abstractions: I will explain different kinds of mechanisms for abstraction (interfaces, abstract classes, inheritance), and as a bonus, Kotlin multiplatform's source sets (using expect actual keywords). I will also address the issue of when you should prefer an abstraction, or simply a concrete class. 3. Framework/Library minimalism: I will explain the benefits and difficulties that come with using 3rd party libraries and frameworks versus keeping most of your codebase standard library, and isolating libraries to specific end points of the application. I will also emphasize how doing this is particularly relevant to multiplatform programming in terms of code re-use.So In this session we are preparing our android application and Calling the Login & Register API using retrofit. ⌚ Chapters... 00:00 Intro 00:34 Video Started 01:00 Initializing Retrofit 04:30 Preparing Login Activity 09:49 Preparing Register Activity ➡️ You must have to follow these three playlist to create a wonderful Social Media Platform. ⭐️ Social Media Restful API Development : https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCUrBA4leBVkqXCduhBvginshOyjwe7Qa ⭐️ Social Media Web Application Development : https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCUrBA4leBVm8xX0UYCg8bjmbBSpEMT9B ⭐️ Social Media Android Application Development : https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCUrBA4leBVlcQjmsmcdQqyBc-2WVpCxd ➡️ Download The Project Form Github : ?
