So i knocked this together in about 5 minutes from an old headphone jack and a couple of ldr's and it works a treat! The connections may be different between manufactures but it works well on the ks5. With an equal ammount of light hitting both sensors it rests in the middle position. The as you move your hand to cover each sensor the output is moved in either direction. The ks5 allows the expression pedal to be assigned to any midi cc so here its controlling the filter cutoff. This can be sent through midi into your DAW to control anything you want. Nice. I will definately be building a more permanent version of this! I'm also pretty sure this design could be adapted to make a diy breath controller that can be plugged into the expression socket so i'll have to try that too. if you want to try building one yourself its similar to diagram 3 in the link below. Just replace the resistors with ldr's and the 3 outputs go to the ring, tip and sleeve of your connector. Налоговая уже давно смотрит на ваш бизнес целиком – на модель его ведения, на способ его организации, управления. В этом выпуске мы расскажем о некоторых моделях работы компаний, которые могут привлечь внимание ФНС. Первая модель работы: «2 фирмы – 2 режима». Как правило, у любого бизнеса есть клиенты, которые хотят покупать товар с НДС. А есть и клиенты, которым НДС не нужен (например, покупатели на УСН). Поэтому руководство фирмы открывает 2-ю компанию (или еще лучше ИП), который и будет работать на сегмент безНДСных покупателей. И эта модель работает лишь до тех пор, пока налоговая не установит взаимосвязь этих 2-х фирм. Что же делать? Необходимо соблюсти элементарную бизнес-гигиену – оформление 2-ой фирмы на автономного, независимого собственника и руководителя и четкое разведение имущества двух фирм (офиса, персонала и др.). Вторая модель работы: «Совсем НЕ торговый дом». Создание бизнесменами буферной фирмы — Торгового дома, который принял бы на себя все риски взаимодействия с контрагентами. Основная задача торгового дома в такой модели ведения бизнеса – в случае возникновения у налоговой претензий по каким-то поставщикам – эти претензии будут предъявлены не основной фирме, а всего лишь ТД. Что же делать? Торговый дом должен быть полноценной бизнес-структурой – с работниками, офисом, складом, руководством. И что самое главное – действительно выполнять функцию сбыта или закупки. Третья модель работы: «Покупка товара с «чёрного» входа…». Это ситуация, в которой бизнес оказывается скорее жертвой чужих злоупотреблений. Когда производитель предлагает вам заключить договор на поставку не с ним а с другой фирмой"Х", которая вам не знакома. Что же делать в таких случаях? 1. Ищите иного поставщика. 2. Выходите напрямую к производителю. 3. Давите через жалобы. 4. Пишете в налоговую, пытаясь разоблачить такую модель работы поставщика. Четвертая модель работы: для тех фирм, которые считают, что они работают с «надежным» партнером!». Партнер, который находит подрядчика, который находит субподрядчика, и т.д. В итоге на каком-то этапе сделку исполняют лица, которые для налоговой не могут подтвердить работу ни с одним подрядчиком, ни с вами. И ФНС убирает расходы вычеты по такой вашей сделке. В итоге вы платите двойной НДС. Какой вывод для бизнеса можно сделать из всех этих ситуаций? 1. Налоговая даёт понять, что ведёт борьбу с необоснованным многозвенным посредничеством и субподрядом. 2. Это борьба с накручиванием необоснованных расходов в структуре торговых наценок или сметной стоимости. 3. ФНС дает сигнал бизнесу о том, что необходимо вернуться к классической системе товародвижения и модели работы бизнеса: Производитель – опт - розница - потребитель. Каждое посредническое звено должно выполнять понятные функции – хранение, перевозка, преобразование промышленного ассортимента в торговый и т.п.
