This video contains clips from two projects where I've implemented this—a simple cache deleting task for Alchemist.Camp, and a logging task that runs at the same time every day on StatWatch.me.Hi! So today in DML the brand new CAKE CRAZE EVENT has now begun! I'll be giving out a few starter tips in here, but as we get more familiar with the event, I'm sure we'll have more tips to share over time! Mainly, it's worth re-rolling for legendary recipes and re-rolling ingredients to be able to do your legendary recipes. It's a 10 minute wait, but you don't want to be waiting 6 hours just to finish a rare recipe. Doesn't really seem worth doing anything but legendary right now, unless you've got no other quests left so you might as well do a 6 hour quest of anything else in the meantime. We also have the brand new sigil camapaign map with the glorious FIRE MAGE DRAGON! We've also got the brand new SIGIL REWARD DOUBLER which doubles all reward you get from the sigil map campaign! This includes sigils, trinkets and also the final reward dragon, meaning 2 Fire Mage dragons! Below are the steps : 1. First create Maven project, pointing to Apache Maven 3.8.7 and JDK 11 Binaries. 2. Build the empty project so that new workspace folder will be created by Jenkins. 3. Now extract the source code zip file to newly created workspace folder. Make sure that pom.xml is present. 4. Now again build the project, jenkins will automatically pickup the pom.xml and source code directories. 5. After build is success we can browse the workspace to download the built binaries or folder as zip file. Important Note: This method will be useful for the developers who does not wants the source code to be shared or hosted in Source Code Repositories like Git or SVN. In this episode you are presented with a bare Ubuntu 19.10 staring at you in the face with its grey and glitched eyes. You stare back as a mouthless voice calmly informs you of the new series that is about to be unraveled through a number of videos, countless terminals and bash itself. Bash the ruthless beast that rules over the land upon which you have dared to tread. Fear not as a brave wanderer of these wicked lands prepares his fresh but not new machine in order to take on a journey where a single whisper "bash" causes men as tall as waiving flags in the battle field, wide as a cow ready for slaughter, tremble in fear. With the help of powerline the old rust bucket shell is transformed into a gleaming impenetrable fortress of pure eye candy ( and git visual support very handy ). "Vim" cries the wanderer, "vim is my weapon of choice" exclaims he with bulging eyes while wielding the slippery python3 in one hand and bashing its head with the power of powerline in the other hoping to produce a most potent mixture known to man. After a quick copy from another machine ( see .vimrc bellow ). "It is ready my child", weeps the wanderer as the text editor springs open with life and colour and line numbers on the side. Epic stuff.. Just as we were about to set off on a journey of knowledge and no return. The wanderer noticed that the machine was missing a critical component, without which versioning would not be possible, unused code would have began to stack like moldy pancakes in a zombie apocalypse or something of the sort. "GIT" screeched the wanderer and swiftly whipped out the good old sudo apt install "hu hu hu, where would I be without you my old friend", the wanderer sighed in relief as he felt the nostalgic breeze travel down from his finger tips onto the cold lifeless flesh of the mechanical keys. And with that the wanderer is fully prepared for what is to come. But what will be his first obstacle? Find out next time on Bashing The Bash where changing directories takes too damn long.
