Кроме того, в студии проводятся всевозможные мероприятия – мастер-классы и курсы по стилистике, визажу и т.д. Валерия рассказывает о возможных форматах франшизы «Well studio». Самый большой формат – 100 кв. м (вложения: 1,3 млн. руб.), здесь предусмотрен полный перечень услуг. Также можно открыть студию поменьше: 50-60 кв. м (вложения: 500 – 750 тыс. руб.), 30-40 кв. м. (вложения: 350 – 500 тыс. руб.). По словам основателя проекта, дилеру полностью передаётся формат работы. Предоставляется помощь в подборе помещения и материалов для его ремонта и оборудования. Партнёр получает готовую бизнес-модель, рекламные наработки, обучение персонала, поставщиков материалов, наработки по мастер-классам и др. Также Валерия приводит возможную прибыль дилеров при открытии студии небольшого формата. В небольших городах чистая прибыль должна быть минимум 90 000 руб. в мес., в городах-миллионниках – около 300 000 руб. в мес.
