Is this what will finally kill the PvP community? No, probably not. It aint that deep. Servers have been breaking the EULA for years I don't see why they would care now. Servers have been blacklisted and taken down due to breaking the EULA, that's why the title says what it says. The worst case scenario is that Lunar, Badlion Client and other clients are forced to shut down. Hopefully the worst that happens is they can no longer sell capes. There is an argument that since Badlion Client and Lunar Client (etc.) sell "Cloaks" that Mojang can't do anything. I feel like that won't actually hold up if Mojang goes after these clients. Cloaks are capes and Mojang could just change the EULA again to say "Can't sell capes (aka Cloaks)".
