Download the file, then move it into your resource pack folder. This can be found by searching %appdata% in the desktop search 2. Extract the rar file. 3. Launch Minecraft and select Options, then Resource Packs. 4. Add Skeleton Dog resource pack to selected. 5. Spawn a wolf. 6. Feed it a bone. That's it!
