The Gunpo Azalea Festival has finally opened with the flowers in full bloom. Perhaps because the flowers bloomed so beautifully this year, countless citizens have been enjoying the festival non-stop since morning. For the first time, an experience course and a food market have been set up in front of the Azalea Park. The flowers are expected to remain in full bloom until this week, so if you visit and capture a "life-changing" photo, it will surely make for a wonderful memory. Thank you for watching the video until the end. With record-breaking crowds flocking in day after day, it feels like Myeongdong Street has been recreated to resemble the bustling streets of the 1990s. In the past, there were hardly any foreign tourists, but now it is hard to find locals. Shall we take a walk together in the video? Gilsangsa Temple, a healing place in the heart of the SEOUL, Venerable Beopjeong, Seoul Travel Walker. Gilsangsa Temple was originally located on the site of Daewongak, a high-end traditional entertainment establishment. It was transformed into a temple when its owner, Kim Young-han (Dharma name Gilsanghwa), donated the land—which amounted to nearly his entire fortune—to Buddhism. There is also a story related to the love story of the poet Baek Seok, who wrote the poem "Me, Natasha, and the White Donkey." The figure who played a major role in this process was none other than 👉 Venerable Beopjeong. Venerable Beopjeong is famous for his philosophy of "non-possession," and he established this place as a training ground to put this philosophy into practice. 🌸 Why It Is Famous 1. A Healing Space in the City Center Located at the foot of Mt. Bugak, the natural environment is exceptionally well-preserved, making it a great place to enter comfortably, as if taking a stroll, and rest your mind. 2. Quiet Atmosphere It feels less like a tourist attraction than other famous temples, 👉 making it particularly suitable for solitary contemplation or meditation. 3. Traces of Venerable Beopjeong There are spaces and writings related to Venerable Beopjeong's philosophy within the temple grounds, so you can also feel a philosophical atmosphere. Thanks to the Korean Wave, Gyeongbokgung Palace is overflowing with tourists wearing Hanbok day after day. Shall we take a walk together in the video?
